I have been going to Dr. Aliya Hot Family Optometry for over the past three years and it is by far one of the best places that I've had to go to. Kudos to the Staff Manager Leo because each and every one of the staff and tech there are professional, courteous and pleasant to interact with making your visit the most comfortable that it could be. The professional staff is a team of dedicated individuals who make your experience one that is memorable in the most positive of ways. Leo is an example of the team that consistently goes above and beyond what is expected. Dr. Hot, the Superstar of the team, performs with the steadiest of hands and precision beyond compare. Under her guidance and direction, this practice will go very far in the battle against the epidemic of Diabetes and its effects on the eye(s) and vision.
This was such a great experience! The worker there named Leo not only found me the perfect frames and now I can see at last!!! When I came back in because my nose pieces broke, the same woman Leo fixed them and I swear it was like looking at an expert mechanic at work. She fixed them in less than 60 seconds. She is an asset and I recommend this place highly. From the optometrist to the receptionist, it was a five star experience.
